Before Procdure

• Visit www.pacificsurgerycenter.com and complete pre-registration form.
• Review website for general pre-operative instructions, map and driving directions.
• PSC will call you with your arrival time 1−2 days prior to your scheduled surgery date.

Procedure Day

• You must have someone to drive you home − no exceptions. Have your driver check in with you at Pacific Surgery Center if they do not plan to stay during the procedure. The surgery center will need contact information from them, so they can contact your driver when your procedure is complete.
